These terms apply only to the public Coming Soon website at testmyfaith.co.uk. The website is operated by Joshua Caleb trading as Test My Faith. Joshua Caleb operates as a UK sole trader. Test My Faith is a trading name, not a limited company. Contact: hello@testmyfaith.co.uk.

1. The website and the unreleased application

This website introduces the planned Test My Faith mobile application. The application has not launched, and this website does not provide gameplay, accounts, subscriptions, purchases or access to application content. Descriptions, illustrations and screen mock-ups explain the intended experience; they are not an offer to supply an available digital service.

Features, journeys, artwork, wording, availability and any expected release timing may change during development. No release date is promised by this website.

2. Using the website

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting service or related systems;
• interfere with the website’s operation or introduce malicious code;
• use automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens the service; or
• misrepresent the website or its content as your own product or endorsement.

3. Intellectual property

The Test My Faith name, website design, original text, logo, artwork and screen illustrations are owned by Joshua Caleb trading as Test My Faith or used with the relevant owner’s permission. You may view them through the website, but may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit them without permission, except where the law allows.

The current Coming Soon website identifies Bible stories but does not intentionally reproduce extended Scripture quotations. No claim is made here that every Bible translation is free of third-party rights. Any Scripture quotations used in the released application will be identified and handled under the applicable translation licence, and the application’s own terms and credits will address them before launch.

4. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and its descriptions accurate, but development information can become out of date and the website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing on this Coming Soon website is professional, medical, pastoral, legal or financial advice.

5. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by relying on preliminary feature descriptions or expected availability on this Coming Soon website.

Links to third-party websites are provided for information. Those services control their own content and privacy practices, and their own terms apply when you visit them.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the website changes. The date above will be revised when that happens. Separate application terms will be published and reviewed before the mobile application is made publicly available.
